Frequently Asked Questions
You have a question that is not answered in here? Contact us at [email protected]
What's a parallel worker?
A parallel worker can run one test at a time, that means that you can run 5 tests in parallel if you have 5 parallel workers.
Am I locked in by a contract?
No! As soon as you cancel your subscription, your contract ends with your current billing period. You will still have access to your test results for 90 days after you canceled.
What's a test case?
Test cases are like building blocks that you can re-use across multiple test suites, you can't run test cases alone though. A test case could be "Login with valid credentials" or "Check if the user is logged in".
What's a test suite?
A test suite is a collection of test cases that test specific features or flows in your application. The test suites are the ones that you can run. Test suites could sound like "Invite user to organization" or "Create a new post".
Where are your servers located?
All our servers are currently located in Germany, but we might expand into other EU countries in the future.
Am I vendor-locked if I use Testkit?
That's not our vibe. You can import existing tests or export your Testkit tests for Cypress, CodeceptJS, or Playwright.
